Nursys verification and state/federal background checks are required. Nurses must also complete the 'Declaration of Primary State of Residence'.

Temporary License Information

A 90-day temporary permit is available for $30 once the endorsement application is submitted and verification is received.

Processing Time Notes

Temporary permits can often be issued in 7-10 business days once all documents except background results are received.

Continuing Education

15 hours required every 2 years

15 contact hours of CE required every 2 years or national certification.
